Another classic. Lottie lives down in Houston, but is from Barbados. She was nice enough to bring this recipe up to the States. It was very good of her to do that. This is a perfect tropical mustard sauce. Put on sandwiches, hot dogs, eggs and sausages. Good for cooking with, too. I use this quite a bit, myself.
